These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Samta Research Alliance Pvt. Ltd. Website/Services at www.samtaresearch.com. By accessing this website we assume you accept these terms and conditions.
- Statements provided below are subjected to work process and nature of work assigned.
- We assure support for each writing module until acceptance. However, after three successful deliveries (one initial submission and two subsequent updates), modifications will be subject to charges based on the extent of changes required. Unlimited modifications are permitted for papers until acceptance at the end of the journal.
- The scholar must communicate requirements or modifications via email, or approve documented requirements provided by our team based on verbal instructions via email.
- Initiation of any module is contingent upon advance payment. Full payment for previously completed or delivered modules is required as per the provided payment plan.
- During the project, the cost may be adjusted if there is an increase in the number of pages, complexity of the work, or if additional effort/time is necessary.
- Laboratory/experimental results are not provided. Clients must provide their own lab/experimental results for research purposes.
- Online resources and content assistance will be utilized to facilitate the completion of your work.
- Our assistance is provided for your study; however, we are not responsible for specific presentation concerns or representations.
- Charges for implementation and analysis modules may vary depending on the size of the database and the complexity of the tools required. Each tool used for analysis/implementation incurs individual charges if more than one tool is utilized.
- Certain modules are interdependent, such as Analysis, Implementation, and Final Windup. Changes in any preceding module that impact subsequent modules (completed or pending initiation) may result in cost adjustments based on updated requirements.
- By responding to this quotation, it is understood that the scholar have reviewed and agreed to the published procedures and policies.
- Reasons for nullifying this quotation/deal include:
- The quotation remains valid for one month from the date of issuance. Failure to make the advance payment within this period renders the quotation expired and the deal null and void.
- If work is not initiated within six months from the date of the agreement, the frozen amount becomes non-refundable and non-adjustable for any other work.
- If more than twelve months elapse between the completion of the previous module and the start of a new module, the agreement is considered expired.
- We are not liable for any conflicts arising from cash payments.
- All prices are inclusive of taxes and charges, including 18% GST.
Privacy Policies
- We at Samta Research Alliance Pvt. Ltd. maintain 100% privacy for the data provided by scholar for his/her research exploration.
- Data generated by the company remains authentic for the assigned scholar if scholar how paid the 100% amount as per the quotation.
- Data generated by the company or provided by scholar can never be shared to any for any use in complete or in parts.
- We always seeks the permission from scholar for publication activities as it is completely a third party process.
- We ensures the privacy of data / scholar details and is nowhere used in complete or in parts for any purpose other than company working process.
Refund Policies
- Client / scholar is liable for refund if company denies for the services marked in the delivered quotation.
- No refund can be entertained in the cases.
- Scholar refuses to receive the services.
- Changing the requirements at delivery time.
- Not having the requirements for services.
- Found other alternatives for the services.
- On refund some processing charges may apply (if scholar is liable for refund?).
- Refund will be initiated with (7-10) days upon mutual approval of scholar and the company.
- No refund can be made for initial around against which works is initiated.
